Excellent base for discovering Gatlinburg with courteous staff with the manager. Neat rooms, good hot continental breakfasts.

It was a fantastic base for our really great stay. The room was cozy and brand-new, had exceptionally comfortable beds and excellent views. The breakfast was great, they make lots of meals.

Staff and rooms were nice, and all in all I loved this hotel. Booked a room with jetted tub. It had a nice balcony.

I had a such great stay. The hotel was huge, with accommodating staff and beautiful location down the street.

The rooms are individual, the breakfast is perfect. Extremely helpful and absolutely kind staff as one would expect. The place where you can have dinner only a short distance to the hotel is Atrium Pancakes, loved this place. No complaints, I would recommend this venue and would return anytime.
